I have the honour to transmit for Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance the following Ordinance entitled:

"Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding one million ninety-four thousand nine hundred and fourteen dollars to the Public Service of the year 1887" (No. 25 of 1886).

2. The customary Report by the Attorney General is annexed.
